A retreat is not a seminar. It is a closed group, a chosen place, a clear frame of silence, conversation and practice. It is not about content. It is about the room in which what stands between you and your true effectiveness may become visible.
How it unfolds.
Each retreat is prepared through a pre-conversation. The days follow a measured rhythm — group sessions, 1:1 sessions, phases of silence, shared meals. Three to four weeks after the retreat: a joint integration session.
